Oberkrainer Music Festival in Bled
Day 1 – arrival and concert
The journey takes place via Pinzgau/Pongau – Tauernautobahn – Spittal – Villach, where we take a leisurely break. Then the journey continues over the Wurzenpass to Planica, with a stop at the world-famous ski jump. Then the trip goes via Kranjska Gora to Bled. The rest of the afternoon is free for a visit to the castle or a boat trip on the lake. At around 5:45 p.m. we have dinner at the hotel. Then experience an unforgettable evening at the Oberkrainer Musikfest.
Day 2 – journey home
After a leisurely breakfast, around 11 a.m., the departure takes place in the nearby village of Begunje, the home village of the Original Oberkrainer. The Avsenik family has owned an inn there for generations, where Slavko Avsenik and his family made their first musical “steps”. Lunch will be accompanied by music. Afterwards you visit the museum, where you can follow the history of the Oberkainer and purchase original sheet music of well-known Oberkrainer pieces of music.
Then it goes back home through the Karawanken tunnel and then via the Tauern Autobahn back to Pongau and Pinzgau. Of course, there is still time for a cozy coffee break on the way home.

- Depending on the route, we offer you boarding options on the different routes
and shuttle taxis on request. - All trips require a minimum participation of 20 people.
- Program changes or cancellations are reserved due to incalculable events (Corona, weather, …).
- Our seats will be allocated upon receipt of the booking. You are welcome to let us know your wishes, we will try to take them into account.
- We recommend that you carry a valid travel document with you on all trips.
