Day 1: Reaching new heights and arriving relaxed
Your adventure begins with a drive along the picturesque Villach Alpine Road. This famous scenic road offers a breathtaking panorama of the Alps and the surrounding valleys – the perfect start to experience the beauty of Carinthia. After arriving at the cozy hotel on Lake Klopein, you have time to settle into your comfortable room. In the evening, an idyllic train ride along Lake Klopein awaits you, where you can enjoy the peaceful evening atmosphere and the glittering lake.
Day 2: Small World Wonders
The day begins with a visit to Minimundus in Klagenfurt, where you embark on a fascinating miniature world tour. Over 150 models of world-famous buildings invite you to marvel. During the subsequent boat trip on Lake Wörth, you can admire the magical landscape from the water. The afternoon is at your disposal to explore Klagenfurt on your own. Stroll through the old town, enjoy Carinthian specialties or relax in one of the many charming cafés.
Day 3: Culture and enjoyment to conclude
On the last day, you visit the Heinrich Harrer Museum, which offers exciting insights into the life story of the famous Austrian adventurer and explorer. Afterwards, a sociable highlight awaits you: lunch at the Murauer Brewery, where you can enjoy the region’s specialties with a freshly brewed beer. Finally, you begin your journey home with many new impressions and beautiful memories.
