“Rail & Ship Ahoy” on Lake Attersee
Experience a wonderfully cozy excursion to Lake Attersee – with a nostalgic train ride, Austrian hospitality, and a relaxing boat trip on one of the most beautiful lakes in the Salzkammergut. Ideal for connoisseurs, culture enthusiasts, and nature lovers.
Our journey takes us through the Pinzgau and Pongau regions, past Salzburg, to the Vöcklamarkt train station. There, we board the traditional Attersee Railway and enjoy the scenic ride from Vöcklamarkt to Attersee. Afterward, the bus takes us on a short trip to the Hotel Alpenblick, where a joint lunch menu awaits us. Well-fed, we continue to the ship landing stage in Attersee. At 2:00 PM, we start the northern tour on Lake Attersee. Sit back and enjoy the lake scenery from the water. A cozy coffee break on board completes the experience. At 3:10 PM, we return to the Attersee pier. After that, we take the bus home.
