Schafaufbratln in Lungau
On this excursion, enjoy not only the idyllic Lungau nature but also the culinary highlight of the region. The focus is on the traditional Lungau Schöpserne, also known as Schafbratl – tender meat from the alpine sheep, lovingly prepared and served with typical side dishes such as fluffy bread dumplings, Lungau Eachtling potatoes, and freshly made cranberries. Spicy horseradish and aromatic gravy complete this special dish.
In the afternoon, visit the cozy Ludlalm on Lake Preber. Here, you will have time to enjoy the impressive mountain scenery during a walk around the lake or relax on the sun terrace of the Alm with coffee and homemade pastries before starting your journey home.
