Where mule handlers once laboriously hauled salt, gold and goods across the Tauern, today those looking for relaxation can hike on old paths and along the water information trail and experience nature with all their senses. The annual Glockner pilgrimage also runs through the Seidlwinkl valley.
In the certified SalzburgerLand alpine summer huts you can enjoy delicacies from our own farm.
During our day trip we visit the 500-year-old Tauernhaus and stop at the two huts Palfneralm and Gollehenalm for a hearty snack. In the afternoon we take a coffee break at the Gasthof Weixen.
